Prista® Emulsin MW 634

Description and Application

Prista® Emulsin MW 634 is a water emulsifiable semi-synthetic metalworking fluid concentrate specially developed for machining of aluminium. Its advanced additive package and corrosion inhibitors ensure excellent performance when machining conventional aluminium alloys such as 2024, 6061, 6082 and 7075. The product is also suitable for machining titanium, yellow metals, steel and cast iron. It is free from boron, nitrite, chlorine and formaldehyde donors and is recommended for preparing working emulsions with water hardness between 5 and 30°dH.
